INSTRUCTIONS:

Send in your own image/logo for a personalized embosser stamp. Simply follow the 3 steps below:

1) In "note to seller", send in your own image/logo along with any additional details/ descriptions as necessary. If you have a high resolution file, you may send it by e-mail to bielyse@gmail.com
2) Pay for the order.

NOTE:

* Once we received your payment, our designer will create a draft artwork of your stamp, for your approval before we begin developing the stamp.

* Please check your Etsy message within 1-2 days after you've placed your order. We cannot proceed with your order until you've approved the draft artwork.

Product Details:
- Seal size: 4.5 cm diameter
- Material: high quality steel and brass
- The stamp can be used on paper stock up to 200gsm.


* Order cannot be cancelled or refunded, because this is a customized order.

-Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
-Refund and Resend
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

All order can not been cancelled after placed, it customer ask for cancel, we charge 20% for operation fee.
