1. Please send me your custom design ( black and white JPG is preferred ) , please just click ' attach the image ' in convo when you send me message

or you can send AI, EPS ,JPG,PDF to my email

2. after check your design , you can choose size you need for stamp ( 20mm- 50mm) and choose set you want

It take 3 days to make your order once confirm your design and receive your payment

About shipping Frame, it normally take 10-18 business days to U.S , U.K, ,France, Germany

and it will become slow during busy season ( Nov-Feb), Thanks for your understanding

All order can not been cancelled after placed, it customer ask for cancel, we charge 20% for operation fee.
